Our Chef and Staff

With 25 years of experience in all levels of cuisine, Chef/Owner John des Rosiers brings his passion for rich flavors to his most casual spot. A creative and rustic take on fast casual restaurants, with fairly loud classic rock playing from a turntable hooked up to his own childhood speakers.  

Special Events and Catering

Our restaurant is available for every sort of catering: weddings, business lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and more. We would love to discuss how to be a part of your next event. 

Seasonal and Local

We support over 20 local farms and artisans to bring our rich flavors to you. Even creating a special organic corn tortilla made exclusively for our restaurant.
